A tough one to find....
You could have a look at Iron Bay Models.... Now doing the old Briron line of kits..

Another option is Nick Ziroli Plans....... Although not yet ready for release... Nick will be putting out a plan for this one in the near future. .... Looks like just what you are after.

Just love the Stagger Wing is one of my favorites as well..

I'm drawing plans for a 1/4 scale for my next competition plane now...

I have plans for the Marutaka/Royal kit that are around 1/6 scale (if I remember correctly) that you could blow up...
