no rust
Fernando have you checked the other canada rc site ,I think you have customers for some engines you have posted.
Keep looking for low band recievers for me CHEEP opened my supertiger 46 did not find rust ,I have never run it completly out of fuel, and have used omega 5% fuel. my planes are still leaking oil even sitting all winter. Lots of oil = no rust |

before you fill those with fresh tranny oil, you may want to mix some air tool oil with it. this will help your skinny trany fluid to attatch and coat everything as well as keep watter vapor from being a problem i mix it 50/50 and find it works verry well even remove the plug and give those rings a shot just be carefull not to get too much in the crankcase and end up bumping it with an electric starter <but I juess that goes without saying>
I have also heard rave reviews about using marvel mystery oil so ther ya go. |

Picco Motors
Although Picco are not well known for aircraft engines, they are well known for making some of the very best nitro marine engines in the world. I once owned a Picco P5 (3.5cc) marine motor that purred like a kitten but roared like a lion and running Byron 25% nitro fuel was never a problem. Fellow club mates routinely ran 60% nitro without any problems other than a few toasted glow plugs.
Picco motors have always had the rough look with heavy castings but their quality is superb. |
