Nothin much happening Geoff. I think I was the only one who attempted the New Years flight. It wasn't pretty. Gust of wind caught the wing of my plane as I was "hover" landing. Picked it up & drove the right wing into the ground. Only broke the aileron servo mount. Our chief instructor, Larry Moyer has left our club. So did Bill Nester (I think). Perry is prez, Gary is v-p, Bill Konkoly is treasurer, Gerry still secretary. Terry is the newsletter editor. There is talk about changing the meeting date, but I haven't heard anything about that yet.
It's too bad that Tillsonburg and Simcoe are flying on the same day.

We should organize a cross country from our field to theirs, and back (if possible). Get people to sponsor us.

Who is simcoeflyer? Perry? :

Did Larry Moyer give up the hobby? Or did he just switch to a different club?

Larry never seemed like the type that would power trip.

Hey, Perry, right? You were there when he made us do the take off on the opposite side of the field on low batts & high winds, eh? Apparently, that really pissed the h*!! out of Gary. That was where I made my dead stick, low batt alarm landing. Gary wasn't too happy.
