EN300328 1.8.1 spells death of DSM2

Radios imported into Europe after Jan. 1 2015 must comply with the new regs. Google EN300328 1.8.1 for a lot if info.
Radios that are on the self will be okay but all those imported after that date must comply. That means the death (about time) of DSM2.
We are in a increasingly crowded 2.4GHz world.
DSM2 picks TWO channels it thinks are clear and sticks to those TWO no matter what happens after. This is a dumb system! Someone with ill intent could shoot these systems down with some simple equipment. Try doing that to a system that jumps on all 78 channels. Even DSMX jumps on 23.
