Scale drawings for BAE Hawk

Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
Hi Guys,
Need some help in locating scale drawing for the BAE Hawk/Goshawk. Thinking of Re-doing my kit to a more scale version, and also for a larger plane, better to see it when it gets out there. I need any drawings that have cross sections, the more the better. Been checking the web without finding anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I must be doing something wrong. I opened the file using ModelCad 97. It opens the file, but all there is, is a blank screen. Is there some thing else that you know that has to be done.....

John:

Does ModelCad open AutoCad or AutoCad LT .DWG files? I'm not familiar with the program - there may be some conversion utility that has to be invoked - pure guess though.

I'm not sure. In the import command, I have a selection of file types, DXF, HPGL and a couple of others I've never seem before. I have had an auto cad file that I had imported a long time ago. What type is anyone's guess...

Well, as luck would have it, I came across this Russian website that has a selection of scale drawings with cross section and a structural veiw as well. It even imports into Corel draw which I like to use due to the ease in enlarging of reducing plans to any size quickly. Comes in as a TIF file.
Thanks for your help, I've saved that other file anyway, hopefully I can get it viewed in the future.
Below is the HTTP address to ths russian site, has a lot of planes.

Thanks again.
