The 4mm you can get at most any sign shop. The 2mm (for the combat plane wings) is harder to find. Dave Sholtz is the guy who got a load for us last time. Yes it comes in several colors

The square Cdn gutter pipe (apparently the Cdn version is lighter than the US equivalent) you can get at Millworks.

Coroplast Supplier

Try GE Polymershapes. Look them up in your areas online Yellow Page directory. They were previously Cadilac Plastcs in my area before GE took over and they stock or can get various thickness (4 mm 2.5 mm, 2mm) in an assortment of colours. I had to wait 2 weeks for a shipment of black 2.5mm 4x8 sheets and it was excellent stuff when I got it. Best of all no shipping charge.

On their website look for "polypropylene fluted" product line ==> Coroplast

2mm coro is hard to find but right in the middle of building my pizza box flyer I needed to get some gutter piping so I took a trip to Rona. When I got there I went to see the coro. I saw 4 4x8 slabs of 2mm coro. I asked for the price and they said that 2mm was used to protect the 4mm during shipping. They also said that it was not suppose to be on the shelf. They sold me 3 sheets for $2 and I came back in a couple of days and they sold me the last one for $1. OH YEAH!! anyway I hope that this helps you to get a hold of some 2mm.

Hey Jim, I still have some 2mm available. If you need a couple of half sheets, I have it in my shop!

If you want some 4mm I can pick that up for you anytime from a friend who own a local sign company, $10 no tax!

If others are interested I can get my friend to order 2mm, only thing is we have to order a minimum of 10 sheets but it comes in within a couple of weeks and is available in 11 different colours. With shipping it comes out to about 11 or 12 dollars a sheet.

Let me know Jim!!!

they stock multi colours of 4 mm coro (will piggy back a request for 2mm on their regular order--it's not normally stocked. Just gotta sweet talk the lady there to do it). In fact, they were the ONLY one's I found who would even consider 2mm (let alone order it for you).

pvc pipe is at Home Depot or Building Box. None at home hardware (apparently they either don't know it exists or have discontinued it).

enjoy :P
