That's why I said "Special Orders". You can also include back-orders in the slow-service catagory.

If GH has it in stock its always gotten to me within 3 days........if they dont have it in stock, well thats a different story

At the Great Atlantic Fun Fly held a few weeks ago the GH staff took a several photos which one of which they hoped would be suitable for the new cover so, yes, there is a new catalog on the way. They did not want to commit to a date.

It must be a horendous job putting together a catalogue of this nature. The cost must be very substancal. I often wonder how Sears makes any money considering the number of catalogues they send out and ultimately end up in the recycle bin or the land fill.

I too use the old catalogues (both of them ) for reference and for other stuff.

I cant get into a web based system, I need to compare pages, etc.

I am pretty sure they will have another one.

I know there are lots of good shops, but Great Hobbies has become my favorite and I feel like a welcomed customer, and get my questions answered immediately, emails when they say I will, call backs to let me know whats what on my order, etc. Gary is a good guy to deal with and manyof the girls on the phone often let me order stuff even though I dont know the part #'s, as they know enough usually to get it for me.

I guess I am a happy GH customer, and I return that customer service with spending most of my $$ there.

Now If they are listening.... if I had a new catalogue I would allmost guarantee I would get sucked into spending even more $$....

I find the old catalogues handy especially for orders with all the little odds and ends. I would rather see the prices on everything instead of having to use the flyer, its still a good reference for pricing but I guess they get some whiners that cant accept the prices may change without notice statement
