The 5th Annual Scale Aerobatic Challenge "London Ontario" is in the history
What a great time, We had superb weather, not that much wind and sometimes
none at all. Temperatures were great at around 72-75F all weekend.
If for some reason you could not attend you missed one great event and
a lot of smiling, We had 9 guys that showed up in Basic. Five of
those were first time IMAC-ers, and those guys had a blast. Their smiling
faces all weekend and there attitudes told the whole story.
I need to thank the following people:
The Forest City Flyers field committee for getting the field in shape for
the weekend. Our Club President Bill Richards and his wife Pat for cooking
burgers and tube steakes all weekend, Don Whitcroft for the loan of his generator, Kevin Perry my good buddy and runner
for all his behind the scenes help, the FCF club members for giving up the
field for the weekend for this event. Big thank you to Dan Ross for
bringing the the box of donations and also to Dan for supporting the IMAC
circuit in Ontario..Also a thanks to Mike Sotomayor and his Dad for coming
from Michigan to join in on the fun with us this weekend..Thanks to Dennis
Dubois for driving the 4 hours from Washago just to help out Bob with the
Data entry and lastly my good friend and Co-Cd Bob Hudson for all the help
he has done. Thanks Bob for all the help as always.. can't say enough good
things about you

The Lucking winner of the Airtronics RD8000 was Ken Wiersma, that lucky dog

I also like to thank the following sponsors that made donations. I can tell
you we always take note who supports our IMAC events. but the new IMAC-ers
really have taken notes on who is supporting us..and a big THANK YOU from
all of us.
