servo arms- hitec vs airtronics

Many years past my friend built a 1/4 scale cub, and waited for a fellow pilot to test fly it. (Don Bohay was his name). Don took up the cub in a wind, soon Don was in trouble, so we cleared the sky and waited for the outcome, Don fought for another maybe 15 mi nutes and brought the plane safely down and we grabbed it ASP and brought it to shelter. After Don had a coffee and explained what was happening, he said lets check the servo horns and on the ailerons we found they would slip after the screws were removed. Don said Airtronics arms on a Hitec servo! and he was correct. So I kept this statement in the back of my head. This week I needed arms for a Hitec servo, and they were all mixed so I used an Airtronics servo and if the arm wouldn't go on it fit the Hitec. Maybe saved a plane. So I thought I'd pass on for someone else to use.
