Graham. if you want to replace the pot, I have several in my servo box. I will give you one. Sometimes just a bit of residue collects in the pot and a quick shot of WD 40 fixes it right up. I wouldn't think the servos should be woren that badly after only 15 flights...Give the WD40 a try and let me know if it works. If not I'll give you a POT to replace it!

Yeah, I would try the WD-40 or some electrical contact cleaner. The servos are fairly new, so I doubt that a worn POT would be the case, it's probably just some oxidization on the contacts... Good luck!

Sending a Hitec servo in at simple postage cost will usually result in a repair or replacement.
