SPA3D Inverted Flight

Just flew my SPA3D for the third time today. This thing is great. I have no flutter and great vertical with a TT Pro46. Really good upright flat spins, towlet bowls, waterfalls, upright blenders, harriers and hovering. The problem is I don't seem to be able to do an inverted flat spin and also inverted flight is almost impossible. A friend has the same trouble with his. Is this just the nature of the SPA3D or are we overlooking something???

What the he$$ is a toilet bowl
Pretend for a moment that your plane was 3 inches long...and the engine floated on top of the water, but the tail sunk down. Now place your little 3" airplane in your toilet with the bottom of the plane up against the side, tail down, engine floating. Now flush

As for inverted flight...throttle back! Use it to you're advantage When a Spa3d is trimmed for level upright is also trimmed just about right for AWESOME inverted harrier flight at several clicks above idle ...too much throttle in an inverted flat spin also tends to pull it out of inverted to upright. If it absolutely won't inverted falt spin...move the CG back. Kraut's got his at 7" from the leading edge and it's a inverted flat spinnin machine!!! Caution...the more you go back with the CG, the more awesome 3d gets (especially hover stability)...but the more pitch sensitive level flight 7" Kraut's higher throttle level flight looks like a purpose in the water ...but then...that's not what the plane was made for

Gotta love the "toilet bowl". Think of it as a flat spin that isn't quite so flat. Tattoo's discription above is just what it looks like. If you do it just right you can get the plane to just sit there in the sky with a toilet that never stops flushing (no loss of altitude). It is a great manuever, give it a try........
