How Come?

How Come-your engine always runs great in the pits
but dies soon as you taxi out

How Come-There is no wind when you leave your house
and as soon as you get to the field a RAGING GALE STARTS

How Come-when you drop an exacto knife in your lap
the first reaction is to SLAM YOUR KNEES CLOSED

How Come-when you CA glue two parts together
your finger always becomes a third part

How Come-when you organize all your equipment a one end
of the field, the wind changes

How Come-5 minute epoxy hardens in 2 minutes when you
need more time but takes 10 when your in a hurry

How Come- they only supply 3 servos in a 4 channel set

How Come-when you spray the last coat of paint on a
perfect job, the last coat always runs

With all the deep discussions lately l thought a light moment was due.

How come you plan for weeks to fly at an event and when the day finally arrives- YOU ALWAYS forget one of the main things needed to fly?

How come your best landing is when no-one is there to see it?

How come interchangable parts won't?

How come wheels only fall off when they're the plane is farthest away from you? (Sure would be easier to find if they came off shortly after takeoff and ran down to the end of the runway, instead if during the downwind turn and get lost for ever in the farmers field)

How come the one allen wrench you absolutely need is on the bench at home instead of with the 15 or so (off which 3 are duplicates) others in your field box?

How Come?

How come you can measure a piece of balsa and cut it three times and its still too short?

How come you just finish mixing a batch of 5 min epoxey and you recieve an important phone call?

How come you can fly your plane all summer and have never had a dead stick but the first time you put your expensive camera on it, 2 minutes into the flight it quits down wind and you have to land long into the worse part of the rough. This actually happened to me!

Keep them coming guys, this is great and we need the humor!

How Come- just as your trying to concentrate on a
tricky aerobatic manouver a member walks up behind
you and proceeds to ask you questions
that could wait.

How Come-the wife waits till you announce your going
flying before she tells you she's going to the mall with
your credit card and says do you want to come too

How Come-l rant about the price of gas yet when l pay 5 X
that for a jug of fuel it's OK

How come,

You can fly your plane(s) 50 times at your field on a non-specific day (no event happening) and never have the slightest glitch. BUT when you take it to an event at another field, EVERYTHING but the tail is falling off and the engine won't run worth a crap!!!!
