Help wit Sopwith Pup

I am building a 13 Balsa USA Sopwith Pup in the set up it says with the lower wings installed block up the fuse until the lower wing is parrel to the table, that is the distance under the LG and TE to the table is the same

Now my problem is I think this means the bottom of the trailing edge to the table, but my pal Syd thinks it could be the centre of the leading edge to the table??? Because the wing is concave there is not much of a flat bottom surface to go by?

What is the opinion here. Anyone else built one of these??

Great Thanks:
that is basicly what I was thinking the instructions were saying, but your method is much simpler that the eye ball method I was going to try
Thanks again
