Nuker, it wasnt rhetoric, I was genuinely asking and I appreciate the reply... man you seem to know a lot about this stats stuff

My philosphy is simple, when someone asks something, that I think I have at least a little experience with, I will try and post something worthwhile. Some topics, like the recent "how to mount a receiver" question really has not correct answer so we are all going to say how we did it, and its funny and interesting to see the wide variety of answers and rationale, but you know, from that you can learn something.

Same goes for everything here. I have learned a lot from RCC posting, and I only hope I also helped someone else in the process of posting too. When I started here, I never had experience with this, talking and sharing my ideas, experieces and stuff with so many poeple. Its very - oh I cant think of the word to describe it, but it makes me feel like I am at the local Tim Hortens with a buch of you guys shooting the bull and hanging out. Being in a place with so few modellers I dont have the ability to call up a dozen guys and go hang out, build models together (other than the kids I build with) and have a coffee.

Here, on RC Canada, I feel I can grab a cup of coffee, sit down and discuss my models and chat with you guys, as actually feel like I am THERE with you. Its a powerfull thing, and its something I just assume everyone else will discover and take part in.

SOme may think I am/was on some mission to gather posts, but if you knew me in real life, you know I just like to talak about planes 24/7.... ask Rachel, and my co-workers on that one!

Now thats exactly what I was talking about Andrew....Diversity!!

See the thread on "Whats the best way to mount a Rx switch?" I was surprised at the number of answers to a seemingly simple question. There are as many answers as there are people here. I read, I learn, I apply! And I find that my way of doing something is not always the best way! Thats why this site is so great!

I believe it was Thomas Edison who said: " I have never had a failure, I have discovered 10,000 ways something wouldn't work!"

I have indeed discovered a wealth of information here at RCC. Keep the posts coming friends!

Great thread Nuk!
