no more political crap...

Well, I've had enough. I am disappointed and utterly disgusted.
I can't believe some of the things that were said in a few of the previous topics by some of our members.

From day 1, I've tried to make it a point not to censor anyone or ban anyone from these boards, figuring that adults could behave as they should and use this website for the reason it was provided. I've had to close a few discussions in the past, and even lock the MAAC forum to everyone other than zone directors, but still, I had faith that everyone would be civilized towards each other.

Here is the deal. This is the one and only warning I will give. I will not tolerate any more political crap on these boards. If anyone decides they want to act like an idiot, they will be banned immediately, without warning, without explanation. This website was created to discuss model aviation, and soon, other aspects of RC. Do you guys think that advertisers want to have any part of what's been going on here in the past few days?
This is not a MAAC forum. I don't want to hear your opinion on where you think your share of your MAAC funds should go. If you're not happy with MAAC. Either do something about it, or leave the organization.
I, along with this site support MAAC and the people who work hard on their own time for all of us.

If you're not here to contribute to the discussions on RC modeling in a positive manner....leave.

If you're not here to help your fellow modelers and members....leave.

I come to this site daily to read about what I love...model aviation. I come here to get away from the daily grind. I come here to relax.
I'm not interested in having this place become a hostile environment. I'm not interested in having this site go down the crapper.
