Hi ; This is my scratch built Arrow. I started drawing the plans in Nov 1994.

Scale: 1/16.8 WS: 35 11/16" WING AREA : 630 sq. in. LENGTH : 53 1/2"

WEIGHT : 4.5 - 5.5 LB WING LOADING : 16.46 - 20.11 oz/sq ft.

Three months to draw the plans. I designed it for a .45 tractor prop and to get off of a grass strip. Thus the NACA 20% airfoil and the fixed gear.

The wing is to be covered with SolarTex ( structural skin) and servos in the wing for ailerons & elevators. The wing has aerodynamic wash out.

Fuel tank on the C of G with a pump. All radio equipment in the rear.

Right now it is very light, about 2 pounds. Hopefully it will not be too light.

Also I think the wheels are to small for grass, unless it is like a golf green.

Oh well I will have to fly it off the paved runway.

It looks good so far. I love the shape of that plane.
If a little is good and more is better, too much is just right!

Lookin' REAL good. You've got some nice structural work there!
The Arrow has got to be one of the prettiest jet powered airframes ever built.

I stopped being politically correct when I found out that some people were offended by it.
