Super Tigre G .15?

I have a super tiger G.15 and another size .19 engine here that I have never run before. There are two, looks like needle valves one on each side of the carburetor. I am wondering what these two things control? On my .40 fp and tt .40 there is just the needle valve and thats it. So if anyone knows what these are please let me know. Thanks

One is the high speed needle valve, the other is the low speed needle valve.

Normally, the needle valve that includes the fuel line nipple is the high speed valve.

The engines you've seen before have either an air bleed screw or a reccessed needle valve (in the middle of where the throttle arm is) for the low speed.
