Astro Flight make some nice chargers and theor model 112 can handle from 1 to 40 cells and charge at up to 8 amps. It is a DC only charger so you'll need a good 12 volt power source.
Thay also have the model 110 charger that will handle from 1 to 24 cells at up to 8 amps as well. Again, 12 volt DC input is required.
Robbe make the Power Peak Infinity 2 that charges from 1 to 30 cells, 12 volt DC input as well.
The Dymond Super Turbo Smart charger does 1 to 16 cells and is also 12 volt DC input.
There are several more chargers available that can charge packs with large cell counts and these are just a few off the top of my head.
