UHS Fleet Finch w Saito 65. Need prop advice

Hi all, looking forward to spring and getting in the air . I have a Fleet Finch all set to go and need a good prop size for the Saito 65. Not interested in a lot of top end speed just want to get it safely off the ground without a lot of torque (not sure if prop size affects that) and reasonable pulling power for this type of aircraft. Thanks in advance.

mine seems very happy on 12X6 and 13X6 seems a bit much to me
works better on stingray with 12X6

I ran a 13-6 master airscrew on my Saito 56. It lugged it down a bit, but it flew my heavy, draggy 80" cub on floats just fine. Later I changed the engine to an OS70 (four stroke) with the same prop and gained a whole 700 rpm. I wouldn't worry to much about over-propping it a little bit if it gives you some diameter to get out beyond the cowl

The sooner you fall behind, the more time you will have to catch up.
