Is that the old saying about everything being used except for the kitchen sink or do you also order the stainless one and use it to.

I couldn't find a screen for my RAM 750+ so just got some metal window screen , cut a small hole for the starter and left some screen hanging over the cover and used an O-Ring to hold it down. I then 'formed' it over the case and left it long enough so a larger O-Ring over the case and behind the couple of bolts, holds it fine. It hasn't flown and only had a couple of test runs on a stand but no problems so far. I just cut a hole and peeled back the points over the wires going in.

I STILL want a proper screen, will measure and contac Nony.

Another option - Heres one I use thats available from TamJets or TJT Canada, fits most KJ 66 class engines. Its very easy to install, just cut holes in mesh with a pair of sharp scissors and its held firmly in place with a large rubber seal/washer that slides over starter, easy eh!
