Taylor Craft Ailerons

I reacently picked up a Taylorcraft that came with two sets of wings. The scale ones are about 109" and the clipped wing ones are 83". The fuse is 59" from rudder post to the engine propnut. The stab is 30" across.
I would like to know what the aileron throws with differencial should be.
Now I have them set at 13/16 up --5/8 down on low rates, they are 5/8 up --3/8 down. How close are these and would it be the same for the clipped wings. What about the elevator , I would like to get the first flight in whithout a heart attack. Power is a Homey 30.
AJ Coholic if you read this, I sent an EMail a while ago but appears my server did not let it through, I would like a propnut adaptor and washer when you make some more. The length is 1 3/4" This is for a Homey 30.
