Re: Free Simulator

doesn't google have one on Google Earth?

You can also try FMS flight simulator. Just google it. it works (sometimes) and you get what you pay for. Last time I tried it the flight model was kinda crappy and unrealistic. You still need to buy or make your own interface cable

Personally, if you want something that's realistic, you are better off buying a used simulator here on the forums for a reasonable price. Probably cost as much as buying or making your own cable for the "free" FMS software.

Re: Free Simulator

BMI flight simulator is free, also known as RC Desktop Pilot. Pickup an interface cable for $5-$10 off Hobbyking, banggood, tmart, etc etc etc...

There are a lot of models available for BMI , also has float planes and a pond you can take off and land. It's simple, but a lot of fun.

Re: Free Simulator

Not exactly sure if you can call it a flight simulator, but I stumbled upon War Thunder for PS4 or PC. It was free for me to play on Playstation so Im assuming that the computer version will be too. But it is cross platform between the two. Its a WWII tank and aviation game, and you can choose between arcade, realistic and simulator battles. Ive been playing the Sim battles lately and its very realistic flying physics. You can map your controls however you would like so it gives you full control of your airplane. Definitely worth a try in my opinion.
Thanks

Yeah, I found RC Desk Pilot good for a free simulator:

If you want something to just mess around with, then absolute rc plane sim for android/ios is not bad. I am not sure if you can hook up your transmitfer though. Without the transmitter hooked up its really unrealistic.
