Well guys not much to report yet. Rain rain rain , then one quick test hover and a few adjustments. Right after the wind came up to 30 km's and more rain. I put it away , tried again this morning as I was charging pack s I looked outside and the trees are swaying!!!! More crap weather and wind, alas my packs are charged for this evening if it lets up. Tomorrow "Monday" is 28C and sunny go figure. I will let you know what I think in a few days here as I see it flys I just need some time to adjust and tweak then giver a go full out. I can say one hover and I am so so impressed, worth all the bs trying to get proper instructions or there first production run issues out of the way.

Re: KDS Chase 360

Hey Guys,
Just about to grab one of these..... Anybody using a dx9?
If so, do you mind sharing some general settings.

Also, going with ar7200bx fbl unit.

Thanks,
Tim

What general settings are you looking for. With Blade/Spektrum bind and fly helis you can use base settings. The chase 360 with the AR7200 is a different animal. To setup the Chase 360 you will need to follow the setup steps of the AR7200 unit. The only settings that may be transferable could be the gains and expo but those are personal preference.

On another note I need to get mine in the air before the weather gets too cold.

Thanks for the reply Rick.

I got the chase 360 all figured out and airborne, she flies very solid.
Just need to find some better lipos for it now...

Re: KDS Chase 360

Mine is flying incredible, I also need to get a couple more lipo's as well. My only complaint is that the dealer stopped selling them, but hey parts are available elsewhere.

Re: KDS Chase 360

I finally had the chance yesterday to try out the heli. Unfortunately I did not get very far due to tail wag. I started with a gain setting of 35. I adjusted it to 45 and it did not make much of a difference. I am going to go through my setup again but what gain settings did you guys land on? What other areas of the heli should I be looking at?
