I just picked up a tamiya corsair for my TF scale efforts. It's been xx years since I built these and was wondering if the old standby, model airplane cement, is still used.

Any improvments? Can contact cement be used? I'd set up a poll but wouldn't know what to add.

Don't get the testors orange and white tube of glue. Get the bottle of liquid glue that has the brush in the lid. works well. Send Airnut a line. he has built some of the nicest modles I've seen. I had for a while a prototype of a model he did the plug for.

ZAP makes CA just for plastic models but I agree with post above use Testors or ModelMaster or other type thin liquid cement that you apply with really really small brushes.

Checkout your LHS that deals in Plastics.
