Unbelievable….Mr. Plank has chosen to use a MAAC web site to promote his own agenda.
He has deleted the “PASSED” resolution that MAAC rules must be amended to mirror RCCA rules from his MAAC website. How ironic in light of the recent discussions. This is Fascist B*ll Sh*t. HE HAS DELETED A COMMITTEE PASSED RESOLUTION IN ORDER TO PROMOTE HIS VERY CONTOVERSIAL MIDAIR RULE !!! THIS IS COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!!
What is next from this dictator ship??????
Everyone please voice your concern to ..
Let him know that this individual is using MAAC (an organization we MUST pay dues too) to promote his and his buddies own agendas.
Admin @RC Canada…if you delete this post , it will only prove that this is a MAAC ( I’m a good
Ol boy w/ my head in the sand ) bias site…..prove me wrong!!!
For freedom of speech. But no name calling…

Victor Fascist bull is what you promote. You forget you and your handful of buddies are in the minority. Last I looked in Canada we made decisions by majority by voting on those items. The only reason you have a problem is because you and your handful of buddies may not be able to add to your American scores. Its apparent you quite honestly could care less about anything else but that. Talk about personal agendas does everyone know that the RCCA has told Victor (Thunder) that he is provisional representative for the RCCA in Canada but must get at least 20 members to become the representative. Did he also explain that he started with about a dozen and its now fallen to about half of that. Combat is growing in Canada but interest in compiling points with the RCCA is not plain and simple.

Re: Unbelievable !!!
"Rules will be reviewed and ammended as necessary to reflect any changes in RCCA and AMA Open Combat rules"
If so, it is in the 5th row of the very link you quote. It is also in the "motions resolved" link. I didn't remove it, I just moved the 2004 recommendations to the top of the list.
You should read with a little more caution before you go off making wild, libelous accusations in public, and polluting this forum with foul language.
It is obvious that you are trying hard to dig up something - anything - that you can use to attack me... making it pretty clear what your agenda is at any rate.
What you hope to gain from it though, or how you see this behavior as somehow contributing to the advancement of the SIG is beyond me.
In reality, it is this half baked nonsense that turns people off by representing RC combat as a political mud fight rather than an enjoyable passtime, worthy of their interest

Again these Questions will be asked by me. Sorry if you guys can't / will not answer them.
These questions go to Dave Planke, Dave Fallowfield, Ted Banks and anyone who is in favor of this proposal...
Why is this proposed rule change so important/urgent?
Did something happen last year a an event that warrants this change. Did some Canandian pilots go after each other or put someone or thing in danger? If so I would hope that MAAC would have been notified and in turn they would have notified RCCA to do an investigation into the matter. I haven't heard of anything happening. But please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
Who will benefit from it? Not MAAC/Canadian pilots/nor the clubs
Why are 5 people the voice / desision makers for all of Canada?
Why is it that the Canadian Combat Committee seems to want to buck a system that has been tested and proved to work the RCCA?
Did you use the same voting system for this proposal as you did last year at an event posted as an RCCA/NPS event in Canada then when pilots got there they where told that it was not for NPS. Sorry this was posted on the RCCA events calender as such. I think kids stop making the rules up as they go along at age 7. Pilots with a little authority I guess it takes a little longer. I'm not sure what kind of authority the Canadian Combat Committee has. But I hope it gets to be less with this proposal.
*Why is it that every and I do mean every start of the combat season something has to be started?
Over the past couple of years there has been a lot of ground work done to make these rules RCCA/MAAC International between the Canadians and the Americans. I can see this severing all that hard work. I'm not however sorry that the Canadian Combat Committee has had no hand it it.
I say why don't you propose this to your own club and leave MAAC out of it completely? That way you can keep your own finger on those who need it. And the people that want to fly Internationally can with points from home and you can keep your knit little group.
I did read that some of your pilots don't care about the points so their the ones I would not want to fly against. Because they could take a person out of 1st place by mid airing him/or her. forcing them down and to lose at least 50 points. Now is that really fair?
Another question? I can name 5 Canadian pilots that have participated in my clubs events last year. Did any of the Committee attend any of the American events? Also, a couple of our pilots were advised that their planes (Fulmars) would not be allowed at Mr. Fallowfields event in June last year. Why was that?
Propworn, no agenda again but I have about 12 pilots that would like to come to Mr. Fallowfields events but yet has failed to answer my questions. So is it that the Canadians are afraid of losing to the "Americans" when all in all this is a hobby and all are pilots no matter which side of the border your on.
Again I'm sorry for the Canadians that this will hurt but you all are always welcome at the RCCD field!

Re: Unbelievable !!!
1 - I don't delete posts. I've never deleted any posts other than posts that are related to commercial sales.
2 - This is not a MAAC site. If you want to post stuff regarding MAAC politics, go post it on the MAAC forums....oh wait, there aren't any...I wonder why?
3 - I asked that MAAC political stuff not be brought up on this site, since it never leads to anything constructive. I'm a firm believer in MAAC, but this is not the place to discuss MAAC politics. A reminder: http://www.rccanada.ca/bb/viewtopic....ight=political
4 - You come on my/our site and promote another.
5 - You taunt me with childish psychology to keep this political thread open.
Man, did you pick the wrong day.
