Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware or I missed you saying that the Tower muffler was a more tuned muffler than the TT.46. One thing I have always done though is to remove the flanged baffel in the TT muffler. It only slightly increases the sound but does increase the power from what I have found.
I do fully agree with you on the engine being good if it checks out ok.. I have said this a couple of times, take the time to check it out. If the seller is on the up and up, he certainly won't mind you doing this and it will give the buyer the piece of mind that he's concerned with.
