Warning about Lanier RC

Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
After all the trouble I been through with this POS product from Lanier , I wrote to them to complain about the product.

A guy named Wayne from tech support wrote me back an email after about 6 weeks - he said " have a nice day".
That's all he said.

OK everybody - Please do not patronize these people.
Lanier is possibly the worst excuse for a rc plane maker that could possibly be.

That response from Lanier really says it all.

They have no qualms screwing you over and then tell you to have a nice day.

Please stay away from Lanier RC. I guarantee you'll be sorry if you don't.

Plastered all over the internet. Get over the $100 bucks and don't deal with them. Enough already. You will have a heart attack or develop an ulcer. And this is a hobby??

HI
I think if a company sells a bad product and tells you to have a nice day
from teck support after 6 weeks you have the right to warn us about it
as much as you want.

Now you can have a nice day

lanier

I have had great service from Lanier. Before buying MY 30% Edge, I called them every other day to ask about engine combos. Finally I bought it, it arrived missing some items (I needed some nuts/bolts, and the wheels they sent were garbage). But they sent me everything I requested - including a set of 4" dubro tires.

Currently - I wouldn't have a problem ordering from them again. I just find that the quality of their ARF's doesn't meet the industry standards.
A lot of hot glue, etc. But I was looking for a cheap way into Giant scale.
