The possabillities are endless! It mostly depends on the amount of money you want to spend.
A good place to start is to check out EMFSO...Electric Model Flyers of Southern Ontario at EMFSO.org
The good news is that the EMFSO AGM is on this weekend in Downsview, near Toronto airport. There will be seminars with lots of info and silent auction of electric flight equipment.
Check out the web site. There is a map to the AGM

This aircraft will fly very nicely on about 300 watts. 400 will be great and make it do non-scale stuff. If you look around you might find an Astro 05 with Superbox gears or even standard gears. This motor operates well on 8-9 cells allowing use of BEC controllers keeping it simple. People are dumping the Astro brushed motors in favour of the trend to brushless. Don't be put off, these motors are jewels and highly under rated these days. Ask around at clubs and swap meets. They last forever, too.
