can anybody tell me if the digipace 2 is capibale of charging and cycling 1800 mah nimh batterys

The answer may be a little late coming (I just noticed your post) but I have a Digipace 2 and charge/discharge a 2000 mah, 5 cell, Nimh battery all the time. I have a timer and although the Digipace will only charge @ 120 mah max. I just turn it on again and set the timer for maybe an extra 10 hours in this case, to give it an extra boast. When I discharge it usually will show about 220 - 230 mins. @ 500 mah which is equal to about 1900 - 1950 mah, close enough for me.

Since this is not really the ideal way to charge large packs I just purchased an Ace DDVC charger which allows me to charge @ anywhere from 10 - 500 mah, works very well. Hope this answers your question.
