The RD 8000 does both Heli and fixed wing. I LOVE mine. Easy to program, shift selectable, (you can use any receiver on the market) PCM capable, comfortable to hold, plus eight channels and ten model memory. Great radio. I wish I got mine for 325!!

just to let people know, this radio is a awsome unit, i have had mine for the past 8 months and it is the best r/c related purchase i have made in a few years, can be as easy or as advanced as you'd ever need, if anyones looking to upgrade this in the one. just thought i'd throw my .02 cents in.

I also have a new RD8000 and, like the others mentioned above, love it. The only thing that I have looked for but could not do is to have dual rates or expo on rudder. I have never used either of these on rudder so I don't really miss it, just a little surprised that it wasn't available.
