I've now turned to the forum for help. I have an OS BGX 3500 which seems to be getting air from somewhere in which I can't find. I've but new lines throughout, a new clunk new lines in the tank and cleaned the perry pump. I am now stumped I can see the bubbles coming through the line, we've tried bypassing the pump still same thing happens. Is it time for a new engine???
Its great when your 3 year old knows the names of all your planes lol

If bubbles are coming up the line, it's not the engine's fault.
You have to trace the bubbles back up-line to find where they start.

Pressure-test your fuel system, to see if it will hold pressure.
