I have one OS LA .25 for a WW I bird. I have a brand new OS FX .25 that I won at Michigan. I am going to try and trade it to my LHS for another LA .25 for a second WW I bird. I already had 4 of the FX 'ers. If anybody wants to buy a new LA I would trade them even up for the FX. Last time I looked the LA's were about $95.00 and the FX 's were $ 139.00. That's about a $ 50.00 difference when you figure taxes etc. These planes will fly much more nicely if not overpowered and hurtling along. My blown up 3 view wasn't ready yesterday. I hope to get it today and get started. I read the post on RCUNIVERSE that Deadeye did on coro wing construction and I think I will use that technique. I can build the wings with the significant dihedral (polyhedral?) that the real plane had and make it look much more scale. Deadeye's post is a virtual tutorial on coro wing building. It's all good stuff........ I have the Corsair that was damaged at the Onslaught back together and recovered almost, with very few other repairs to make I can concentrate on the SE 5. I'll start with the fuse since I have 4 mil coro. I am still waiting on 2 mil. East-west plastics will have it next week. Keep at it.
