Can someone please post how you managed to program the fail safe delay on the Jets Munts ECU using the Futaba 18MZ.

I follow the instructions of first settinfg the ATV at 100 and program the ECU.
Then I set the ATV at 125 and set the fail safe.
Then I go back and set the ATV back to 100

When I turn off the radio the turbine shuts off instantly

Im using a kill switch.

There is no programmable delay. I believe the ecu has a one second delay built in.

You have it set correctly.

Re: Fail safe programming with Futaba 18 and JetsMunts

I could be wrong but if I remember my JM VT80 had a 1.5 second delay built in and my Jeti allowed me to add .5 second for the max signal delay of 2 seconds. This is for any delays in signal. It was basically done
On a 2 position switch very much like a ignition kill switch. I ordered a locking switch from Thunderbolt RC dealer at the time so that accidental shutdown did not occur at the wrong time. When the kill switch is turned to off ; the Turbine stops immediately.
