Selling jet stuff

I didn't really know where to post this question. I've been unsuccessful selling my jet stuff in Canada and I'm aiming at the US folks.

Could anyone with experience suggest the best methods of receiving payments and shipping large jets?

If you live near the border, the best way is to drive it across and ship it from south of the line....

The sooner you fall behind, the more time you will have to catch up.

paying and shipping

The obvious safe and recognized method is to use Paypal (they take a slice but it's easy).

There's lots of threads on the Jets and e-Jets forums on shipping large jets.

Also, check through the archives for the RC-Jets mail-list. There's a copy of the archives on-line at

eBay is always a good location for off-laoding. Of course, it's like any auction in that you stand a chance of not getting exactly what you wanted or zero bidders. eBay has lots of help pages for newbie sellers.

If you go through the "Completed aucitons" list, you'll get an idea of what they prices are like.
