thanks ron! A guy is putting a saito 100 on a funtana 90 so I will see how his works out. I went to horizon;s site and you where right it is quite a bti heavier (the 120).

Will go from 9AM to around 2 likely, maybe finish earlier just depends on how many rounds we end up flying. There will be lots of flying going on both days during the event.

As to the throttle response....there is YS throttle response, then there is everything else I have yet to witness anything that is quite as good in the air (on the ground doesnt matter) under flight loads.

Hey Chad you could always gimme one of those Ys 110's I'll stick it on a funtana 90 and try it out then I'll report back on that throttle response

My 2 cents here as I have no experience with YS's... To me however if cost is equal, and weight is equal, and power output is equal, I would go with the simpler engine. All things being equal it's NOT the YS that wins here, that "Supercharger" is just something else to maintain, and for a sport plane why would most most people want the hassle? That's what's kept me from looking into a YS seriously....
