If Lyndon is the owner/manager, he needs to know that one of his employees is calling a customer "stupid" and "an idiot".

You have a point, it doesn't help to be making rude remrks to your customers and I would know my family owns a small business

I too have my doubts about the name calling. However in the heat of an argument one may be left with the impression that the other side may hold those impressions. Most employees are instructed to terminate the call if the conversation gets out of hand.

As asn aside, two years ago I was on the phone with an employee of a not-to-be named hobby shop in Southern Ontario I used to give many of my hard earned dollars to. I was on the phone wondering where my order was that I had placed two months earlier (and was being given the run around with) when I was sworn at...

I hung up the phone, and have not given them a cent of business since then.

As bad as a situation can get, and as heated it does get in business sometimes, there is never a need for that level of conduct IMO.

I am not saying it happened here, but it did happen with another well established shop to me so its possible.

Chris, I know sometimes things seem like they are way out of hand - but perhaps its still not too late to calm down and see if this can get resolved for the better. At least give them a chance?

I was talking to them today and I have given up I'm just gonna live with it because I don;t wanna send it back and have them say that I am going to have to pay for it to be shipped back to me again or have them say something liek that happened and have it not happen.

Chris: You're not the only one that had problems with them.
