I went out and bought a Pirate MT sport and I have broke the engine in, 8 tanks of 20% nitro gas. Now I have leaned it out and it run's like snot but. Now when I turn it flips every time. Do I need to tighten the shocks up will this help? Also I bought a temp unit and I'm running at 219.3F I was wondering if this is to hot or just right? And last are there any hop ups you would recommend for me to buy? Oh yha one more thing is there such a thing as performance breaks for this truck?

210-260 is a safe range to run the engine.

What type of surface are you running on when it is flipping? THere is a lot of side bite traction on pavement and on grass. You can take some preload out of the shocks (spring spacers) and this should help out. also, lighter oil in the shocks will help.

As for hop ups, ofna vehicles are pretty tough, so I would suggest just having fun.

If it was a ready to run kit, you may want to upgrade the steering servo to a metal gear, hi torque servo. THe hitec 645mg is an affordable servo that pumps out good torque.

To address the brake issue, a hi torque servo would really help out in that category also.

THere is a great forum at www.ofna.com that will have great info on your truck.

Best of luck,

I am so far behind that I think I'm in first...
