I have straightened shafts many times, many are soft and gradual tweaking will help get it so good there's no vibration. Large stout pliers while supporting the unbent part or motor....Blips of throttle watching shaft stop you can see which way its "Leaning" when it stops...I have even done it motor installed. I have learned to have NO Space between prop adaptor and motor casing by means of trimming shaft with dremel (Shield motor from dust and filings) so bending does not happen so easily. If your shaft is already bent what have you got to lose? Good luck...(I have to wear reading glasses to see a tiny bend to tweak it out)
