Actually Bruce has been working on this design for several years and had it to show at the Madras Jet meet three years ago. Anyone who knows Bruce, understands how picky he is when it comes to designing. I have seen the prototype in real time and videos of it flying. It is a fantastic platform for 12- 16 lb turbines! Hopefully he will begin releasing the kit soon.

I have been foloowing the progress as well, even before getting my AV8R over a year ago now.

I met bruce a few times at the Toledo show. Allways a great fellow to speak to, he sure is a nice guy and no doubt the model will fly excellently as all his designs do.

JFYI - I bought his video a number of years ago with him and his dad flying pulse jet RC models on some dry lake in the USA... thats a great thing to watch!

Great looking plane, and I especially like the idea of one rudder (I am tired of twin rudders on trainers) however this turbine will not be very healthy for the grass..will sure make a brown trail on the ground behind it with its down thrust as shown in Update 2.
