Helicopter flight demo. @ KW Scale Rally

I have seen some people fly helis at other clubs and even saw a very impressive pilot at the Burlington club. But nothing had me prepared for the demo at the scale rally. I believe the pilots name is Scott, and pilot is an understatement. Flying a heli for Scott is as well co-ordinated as breathing is for all of us. I don't remember the last time I got confused in which to do, exhale or inhale. Flying a heli for Scott seems to be that well co-ordinated. I was there on Saturday afternoon and was really impressed. Then Jim M. told me to be sure to attend the nightflying demostration. If you are thinking of attending this event next year be sure to make plans for the night flying demostration. It is by far the best flight demostration of any aircraft, fullscale or model I have ever seen and that includes all tv and videos I have watched.

Scott if you read this then I would like to thank you for that demostration. It was awesome.

I've seen Scott Gray fly many times. Actually, I fly exactly the same as Scott. Then I wake up... :P

He's one of the worlds top 10 pilots. Amazing ability. Makes me look like a total noob...

I've flown with him a few times, and it's just amazing....this year in Quebec (at night) he droped an empty gallon of fuel with glo-sticks in it and looped around it all the way down. Scott, Bill and myself had all the .50s going at the same time, that was a riot! Him and his father Steve are both really good guys.

i saw Scott at KW on Sunday, and the one thought that went through my head was "What if a full scale chopper was aable to to those things and b a full scale pilot could fly like that would anyone ever want to be a passenger?"

Talk about total disorientation!

It never ceases to amaze me what that young man can do with a model chopper.

To say nothing of the fact that your head would probably implode on the first manouver!

If you don't have time to do it right this time, how are you going to have time to do it again?
