Multiplex Royal Evo Update
Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
I just visited the Multiplex web site and found the new data manager which now includes the data shift so now we can run both negative and positive shift receivers. Its available for download and if you have the patch cord you can update your Royal Evo radios.
See company news on the left side of the page.

Thanks for the headsup Propworn. I purchased the 9 EVO about 3 months ago and have been waiting for the patch to fix the shift problem as I have 6 Hitec RX's which wouldn't work with the system as purchased.
Also I see that they are advertising the synthetic module update for the EVO. I think that will be my next upgrade. I presently use a Hitec Prism 7 with Spectra. I love being able to just dial in any frequency. The EVO is even easier as I understand you select the frequency through the built in software.
I haven't used the radio as of yet but it will be used with my new planes come spring if I can figure out how to do the programing....LOL!
