Did you see this damage done by an untethered airplane after startup?Apparently his throttle servo was possibly reversed . http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...33#post2700333

heres what happened to mt finger a month ago as i reached through the 40 size motor at full throttle to adjust the needle valve where it seemed there was no prop in the way i had 4 stiched and i seen my bone thatn god it wasnt that bad.

Holy Crap!!
That guy has serious injuries! That could of cut his arm off, he's lucky to still have the arm.
Hearing of an injury is one thing, seeing the photos sends shivers up my spine.
How many of us have done the same, a reversed throttle servo, I did, was lucky, no cuts. But it scared the hell out of me.
God it's been a horrible season for injuries.

that guy is seriously lucky to be able to use his arm in my books.....that is yet another point in the fact to be extra careful in the use of gas or glow motors.....

when i clicked on the link i just had an image in my head that there would be a real picture on the other end.....

done the same......with my .46 FX all i had was a cut across the knucke that i pinched cloed with a chunk of paper towel.....
