Just a chance to show off my dogfighter maidened sometime in august i for get dates. thanks to gary maker for some good tips and for the nice 2mm and thanks for the person who came up with the plans that even I could understand first flight was great and smooth even for my first powered flight and I even did a loop (bad idea i know but it lived) after the loop i realised a hawk was looking at it strange and was moving toward it so i moved out of the better area of flight and it went behind a bush apparently it went in to the ground at 20% dive, full throttle and the great thing, the only damage was the servo connecter ripped off, control horn broke off aileron and aileron push rods did a houdini. second flight it went in on an angle and the flaw in the os.25 LA showed up, the plastic backplate and needle valve broke leaving a leak. hopefully going to fly it tomorrow and hopefully multiple times
I'm thinking of extending the windtips with some dihedral and adding wheels to make it a trainer, would this work/be possible?
sorry for the long post, i'm just happy that i make it all by myself

Haha, I have tried many spads but thing the dogfighter is one of the best. I will soon enough have 2 in my combat fleet.

As for turning it into a trainer, im sure how well that would work. My friends brother learnt how to fly using a sim and a dogfighter pretty much. Just turn down the throws if they are a bit sensitive. For practice you could always power down to idle then glide in and over shoot.
