I have to upgrade my equipment due to a transition to mostly Electric's. I need a charger for Lipo's. This excellent cycler is excess to my needs, it has performed flawlessly for me. Great Hobbies currently it is $110 plus you know what else. $75 OBO plus postage.
Here are the details........
"Routine cycling maximizes the lifespan and capacity of transmitter and receiver batteries. Now all modelers can enjoy the benefits of cycling, by using Hobbico's Accu-Cycle.
With little more than a press of a button, the Accu-Cycle discharges, charges and conditions NiCd or NiMH cells and packs - while simultaneously measuring and displaying valuable information telling you how long your battery will last!
What it does . . .
Battery Charging — with separately controlled charge circuits for transmitter and receiver batteries, plus a 15-hour internal charge timer and automatic trickle charge.
Battery Conditioning — periodic cycling (charging and discharging) gives batteries the "exercise" they need to maximize capacity and lifespan.
Discharge Capacity Analysis — to compare actual battery capacity to its rated capacity and determine the battery's overall condition.
Discharge Time Analysis — to estimate how much safe flight/run time to expect in actual use.
How it Works . . .
Accu-Cycle can charge, discharge, condition and analyze Tx and Rx batteries - at the same time or independently - using advanced microprocessor controlled electronics. To discharge, just select the numbers of cells and the desired discharge rate, then press a button. Recharging begins automatically after the battery is discharged to 1.05V per cell. When cycling is complete, you can view the batteries measured capacity and the minutes it required to discharge on separate Tx and Rx LCD displays. Pretty simple!
Can be used with standard NiCd and NiMH batteries
Color coded jacks to accept banana plugs for quick, easy, error-free hookups
AC input cord plugs directly into outlet, no adapter necessary
Impact resistant case is specially notched for easy wall or workbench mounting
Microprocessor controlled - simple and easy to use!
Displays both Tx and Rx status simultaneously
Selectable discharge rates and number of cells"
Thanks for looking..........
