This is the last of my own sweetheart of an engine. Made back when OS made great engines ( the FSR series) . They just keep running , running and running. The only time this motor has ever stopped ; when properly adjusted; was when it an out of fuel. Never crashed . The only engine better than this one would be a new in the box FSR engine.

Only reason for selling is for 5 plus years I have been into electrics and turbines last year and no longer plan to run it. Was well oiled when put into storage and kept in a warm dry place all the time.

Re: OS Max 40FSR

Threads are fine just some discolouration. I screwed some new 3mm bolts in about 3 or 4 threads and snug like new.
Heading out camping this weekend starting Thursday afternoon.

Re: OS Max 40FSR

Someone will be lucky. IMO that is the best performing 40 class motor OS ever made. Of a half dozen or more at one time and the switch to 4-strokes I still keep one example in spares.
