I am the person in charge of the Flying Tigers' swap meet and personally check out things as they come in the door. Its a stretch thinking some one would be so blaitant to bring them to this kind of public event but stranger things have happened. I will definitely keep a lookout for the stolen items. A number of us in the club are also members here of RCCanada so I'm sure they will see this post and also be on the alert for your items!

I really feel bad for you and hope that somehow they will turn up for you! All the best!

Oh yeah, one more comment. be ready for your insurance co to ask for receipts for everything! You keep 'em all - right? You know, the $6 for a fuel tank or the $30 for a servo or the $5 for a bag of clevises or the $3 for a prop or........(you probably get the idea by now)!
I had a helluva time with all that. Some of the on-line suppliers keep copies of your purchases. Tower Hobbies had a bunch of mine, which substantiated maybe 1/3 of what I lost.
The rest I got three affidavits signed by fellow flyers that they had seen me flying the stuff I was claiming during the previous few days.
It's not fun, but better than losing everything with no compensation.
