I am looking for a source in Canada to buy a wing bag for a two piece 28 % Edge 540 wing.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?

These guys will do custom

Or you can do it yourself, a sewing maching is really a scroll saw just with string instead of a blade.

I bought a wing bag for one of my jet models from Dean Wichman at RC Helijet. The bag was the best I have seen (I have others) and very reasonable in cost.

Try him @

I have got many people to make cheap wing bags with packing foam and tape. One could use bubble wrap too but it has a solar oven effect with a dark wing left in the sun. I suppose you could even tape fabric (quilted), just go to Fabricland . Make sure you tape the joint on both sides. One guy at work has duct tape repaired pants and they have gone thru a lot of wash cycles, that or he never does laundry. My favorite is the Tyvek tape but its pricey.

I bought some heavy duty table cloth cover!

Plastic on the outside (weather proof) and approx. 1/4" felt on the inside cut to shape and sewed together on the old sewing machine.

They work great for me!

Like Andrew, I purchased a wing bag from Dean for my AV8R wing. For the quality of this wing bag, the price is very reasonable.

It is definitely the best quality bag I too have personally ever seen. If you decide to purchase one rather than making your own, give Dean a call and you won't go wrong!
