CARF 1/5.3 scale BAE Hawk,

RTF minus turbine (available if interested) and RX and batteries.

CARF land gear, JR 8411 and 8711 servos through out. Hitec 5645 on nose gear steering. Cockpit kit and Warbirds pilot figure. 2x Xicoy valves on gear and doors, Xicoy brake valve. Added graphics from Tailormade decals, PB Igyro 3 and Igyro1 (on nose gear) PB base log. CAT. plus....

I have a JC 31lbs Cheetah that is in it, I'm about to send it back for the 25hr service. It will be good as a new turbine when returned. Original owner so, warranty can be transfered. Can work a deal with the airframe if someone is interested.

Can be picked up at Wingham jets.

Re: CARF Hawk RTF minus turbine

Just wondering if you have flown your Hawk off of grass? Also what is your all up weight with the Cheetah? Also how about flight time? I actually just lost my SM F-15 (to a poorly timed flame out) that was powered with a Cheetah, so I have the same turbine to re-use.

Grass performance is very important as I will be flying mostly off of grass. Also could you give me an idea about it's flying characteristics? I am still fairly new to Jets so I prefer a docile/forgiving landing airframe.

I also see that you are flying Jeti, was your hawk set up on your Jeti? If so are you selling with a Jeti receiver?

I've flown it off of grass regularly, the trailing link gear on a Hawk really helps on grass. It's about 28lbs with the Cheetah. It handles pretty good, one of the nice things about the CARF Hawk compared to the Skymaster or others is that it's much lighter, making it fly more like a sport plane then a scale ship.

It's currently got a Jeti CB 200 with 2 R3 Sats in it that I was going to pull out. Don't really want to sell that as I could use it in another plane but, if you're on Jeti, we could work something out and i have the program file that we could transfer from my Tx too.

Wow 28lbs, is that with fuel? How about your flight times?

Ok no problem with the Jeti stuff, I have my Powerbox cockpit SRS, and a 12ch Rex Jeti receiver from my F-15. But the profile from your tx would be great!

The 28lbs is dry. It carries about 4l of fuel. Flight times are about 8-9 min
