I have done this before. Lay a steel nut over the extractor and using a small welding rod down through the hole weld the nut to the extractor. Another way is to use a small pin punch and keep tapping the extractor sideways in different directions until it is loose. Drill the screw out until you can just about see the threads, then make a cape chisel out of a pin punch and work the rest of the screw loose.

Thanks all.

Fortunately, I found my parts on Amazon, so I'll just cut apart the handle once the replacements arrive.

Looks like a good price as. Home Depot had them under $40 with free shipping for the cartridge
