Never thought of the MSDS problems. How about a vegetable based oil?

Well i just bit the bullet and got a 5 gal pail of super dri. I will see how it works as compared to the mix i was using. Thanks for all the replies.

For turbines, I have found I can cut Super Dry by 50% with pump diesel. The diesel is cheaper and available locally so I can extend my life of Super dry or whatever I'm using. I would recommend to anyone trying to make a smaller batch and try in your application first to see the results but it's generally worked for me.

For good smoke, heat is always the most important factor.
